Concord Hospital's Distinctive Dining Room Service Program offers patients restaurant-style menus, which include numerous food and beverage selections based on individual dietary needs. Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:45 p.m. each day, patients may place meal orders by calling food services, much like ordering room service in a hotel, and the meals will be individually prepared and delivered to the patients' rooms. Food service “Ambassadors” are available to help patients understand the ordering process, deliver meals, and provide assistance if needed. Meals are delivered within 45 minutes of order placement.
