2008 Community Health Needs Assessment Listening Sessions
As part of the 2008 Capital Region Health Needs Assessment, Concord Hospital hosted ‘Listening Sessions’ in July and August to learn what community members believe are the
most pressing health needs for themselves and their neighbors. Your input is extremely important to us and we thank you for your participation in our
community discussions and surveys.
The 2008 Community Health Needs Assessment is a collaborative effort between Concord Hospital and many area healthcare organizations. For more information,
please call the Concord Hospital Office of Philanthropy at (603) 227-2000 ext. 3076.

Community Benefits
In fiscal year 2007, Concord Hospital provided $31,434,130 in community benefit programs and services to the City of Concord and 22 surrounding service area communities. The provision of these services represents Concord Hospital’s long-term commitment to meet the health needs of individuals and families, providing a medical safety net for many, assuring access to medical care broadly and, most especially, for our region’s most vulnerable residents.
